Overview

If you are using a branded app, then you should be directed to a page similar to the one below when you first start up the app. This is known as the Login Page: the page users are directed to before they log in to the app. 

This page is only present for branded apps in which the background image and button layout is customizable to the preference of your organization. 

This article contains information on the following features found on the app:

• Login - The button that allows existing users to sign in and access the app’s features.
• Register - The ability to for a non-existent user to create an account tied to your organization. Also known as the sign-up button.
• About Us - Also known as the Information Page. The page that showcases the general information you need to know about the club/organisation.

Note: Members using the PlayTennisConnect app do not have a public landing page, but are directed to the login page.

Procedure

Depending on the settings for your app, your login page layout and features will closely resemble the following. 

 

Register

If your account hasn’t been already created, by either yourself through the web portal or your club, then please follow these steps to learn how to register or sign up an account through the app.

If you already have an account, then please skip this section and go to Login to learn how to log in with your existing account credentials.

1. Tap on Register. 
   
   
   
   
2. Fill out the registration form by type in your:
   
   • First name 
   • Last name
   • Valid email address
   • Valid phone number,
   • The city you reside in
     
     

     

3. Once completed, create your desired username and password in the bottom half of the online form. 
   
   

   
   
   

4. Then, check the “I’m not a robot” box to finish the verification process. 
   
   

   
   
   

5. Once verified, you will be routed to the login page here, where you can enter the username and password that you just created. 

Login

1. Tap on the Login button on the login page. 
   

   
   
   

2.  Enter your account User name and Password in the given fields then hit Login button. 
   

   

Congrats! You have successfully logged into the app. 

About Us

The About Us or Information Page serves as a multipurpose function where users can view any relevant information set by the club. 

You can create an “about us” for the club and its history, a page explaining the club’s privacy policy, or a page for upcoming club events and activities.

Bellow is a brief example of an “About Us” page.
